To designate the "Ray J, Madden Post Office Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Post Office Building at 1499 Doctor Martin Luther King Drive, Gary, Indiana, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Ray J. Madden Post Office Building". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the Ray J. Madden Post Office Building. Approved October 14, 1976.
