Emergency livestock credit.
rpQ amend the Emergency Livestock Credit Act of 1974.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 8 of the Emergency Livestock Credit Act of 1974 (88 Stat. 391, as amended; 7 U.S.C. Prec. 1961) is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 8. The provisions of this Act shall become effective upon en-actment, and the authority to make new guarantees shall expire on September 30, 1978.". Approved October 15, 1976.
