CONSTRUCTION GRANTS

For necessary expenses to carry out Title II of the Federal W a t e r Pollution Control Act, as amended, other than sections 206, 208, and 209, $1,000,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the funds shall be allotted in accordance with the table on page 16 of Senate Report Number 95-38, adjusted proportionally in accordance with the above a p p r o p r i a t i o n: Provided further, That the funds shall not be subject to the reallotment provisions of section 205(b) of the Federal W a t e r Pollution Control Act, as amended, until three years from the date of enactment of this provision.
