Te-Moak Bands, Western Land in*t st

-PQ declare certain federally owned land held in trust by the United States for the Te-Moak Bands of Western Shoshone Indians.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, subject to all valid existing rights-of-way, leases and easements, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the following described land. ^^^ improvements thereon, are hereby declared to be held by the United States in trust for the Te-Moak Bands of Western Shoshone Indians: The north half of the southwest quarter of section 4, township 37 north, range 62 east. Mount Diablo base and meridian. Approved October 15, 1977.
