For payment to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development by the Secretary of the Treasury for the first installment of the United States share of the increase in subscriptions to the (1) paid-in capital stock, and (2) callable capital stock, $400,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That no such payment may be made while the United States Executive Director to the Bank is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level IV of the Executive Schedule under section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, or while the alternate United States Executive Director to the Bank is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level V of the Executive Schedule under section 5316 of title 5, United States Code. CONTRIBUTION TO THE INTERNATIONAL F I N A N C E CORPORATION

For payment to the International Finance Corporation by the Secretary of the Treasury for the first installment of the United States share of the increase in subscriptions to capital stock, $38,000,000, to remain available until expended. CONTRIBUTION TO THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION

For payment to the International Development Association by the Secretary of the Treasury for the first installment of the United States contribution to the fifth replenishment; $800,000,000 to remain available until expended: Provided, That no such payment may be made while the United States Executive Director to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level IV of the Executive Schedule under section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, or while the alternate United States Executive Director to the Bank is compensated by the Bank at a rate in excess of the rate provided for an individual occupying a position at level V of the Executive Schedule under section 5316 of title 5, United States Code. CONTRIBUTION TO THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND

For payment by the Secretary of the Treasury for the final installment of the initial United States contribution to the African Development Fund as authorized by the Act of May 31, 1976 (Public Law 94-302), $10,000,000, to remain available until expended. 22 USC 290g note.
