Public Law 95-204 95th Congress An Act To amend title 38 of the United States Code to increase the rates of disability and death pension and to increase the rates of dependency and indemnity compensatiMi for parents, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Seriate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act be Veterans and cited as the "Veterans and Survivors Pension Adjustment Act of Survivors Pension 1977". TITLE I—VETEEANS' AND SURVIVORS' PENSIONS SEC. 101. Section 521 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by— (1) amending the table in subsection (b)(1) to read as follows: "The monthly rate of pension shall be $197 reduced by—
$0.00 .03 .04 .05 .06 .07 .08
For each $1 of annual income Which is more than— 0 $300 500 700 900 1, 100 1,700
But not more than— $300 500 700 900 1, 100 1,700 3,770";
(2) striking out "$3,540" in subsection (b)(3) and inserting in lieu thereof "$3,770";
