95th Congress. Second session. Reports to Congress.

Relative to the convening of the second session of the Ninety-flfth Congress, and for other purposes.

Resolved by the Senate atid House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the second regular session of the Ninety-fifth Congress shall begin at 12 o'clock meridian on Thursday, January 19, 1978. SEC. 2. That (a) notwithstanding the provisions of section 201 of the Act of June 10, 1922, as amended (31 U.S.C. section 11), the President shall transmit to the Congress not later than January 23, 1978, the budget for the fiscal year 1979, and (b) notwithstanding the provisions of section 3 of the Act of February 20, 1946, as amended (16 U.S.C. section 1022), the President shall transmit to the Congress not later than January 23, 1978, the Economic Report.
