Short title.
PUBLIC LAW 95-79—JULY 30, 1977 "(b) The Secretary of Defense shall submit a semiannual report to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives containing a copy of each suggestion submitted under subsection (a) during the preceding six-month period and the response of the Department of Defense to each such suggestion.". (b) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 141 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding after the item relating to section 2389 the following new item: "2390. Suggestions for improving procurement policies.". SEC. 816. This Act may be cited as the "Department of Defense Appropriation Authorization Act, 1978". Approved July 30, 1977.
