For expenses, not otherwise provided, necessary for carrying out Government-wide responsibilities relating to automated data management, telecommunications and related activities, as authorized by law, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $8,024,000. FEDERAL PREPAREDNESS AGENCY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary for emergency preparedness functions, including activities authorized by 50 U.S.C. 404(b)(3), and 50 U.S.C. A p p. 2251-2297, and the disposal of excess materials in the national stockpile established by the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock P i l i n g Act (50 U.S.C. 98-98h), the supplemental stockpile established by section 104(b) of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 456, as amended by 73 Stat. 607), and the inventory maintained under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. 2061-2166), including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109 and expenses of attendance of cooperating officials and individuals at meetings concerned with the work of emergency planning, and the provision of transportation in connection with the continuity of Government program, to the same extent and in the same manner as permitted the Secretary of a military department under 10 U.S.C. 2632, $38,800,000. E X P E N S E S, D E F E N S E PRODUCTION ACT

For payment of expenses for carrying out the provisions and purposes of Title III of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. A p p. 2091-2094), $1,300,000. GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND A G E N C Y OPERATIONS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses of general management and agency operations of activities under the control of the General Services Administration, $12,860,000: Provided, That not to exceed $2,500 shall be available for reception and representation expenses. I N D I A N T R U S T ACCOUNTING

For expenses necessary to provide accounting, records management, and other support incident to adjudication of Indian T r i b a l claims by the Indian Claims Commission, $2,818,000: Provided, That none 01 these funds shall be available for transfer to any other account. ALLOWANCES AND OFFICE S T A F F FOR FORMER PRESIDENTS

For carrying out the provisions of the Act of August 25, 1958, as amended (3 U.S.C. 102 note), $617,000: Provided, That the Administ r a to r of General Services shall transfer to the Secretary of the Treasury such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections (a) and (c) of such Act.
