For payment of obligations incurred in carrying out the provisions of 23 U.S.C. 108(c), as authorized by section 7(c) of the Federal-Aid 23 USC 108 note. H i g h w a y Act of 1968, to remain available until expended, $20,000,000, to be derived from the H i g h w a y Trust F u n d at such times and in such amounts as may be necessary to meet current withdrawals.
