For authorized printing, binding, and distribution of the Federal Register (including the Code of Federal Regulations) as authorized by law (44 U.S.C. 1509, 1510); and p r i n t i n g and binding of Government publications authorized by law to be distributed without charge to the recipient, $12,952,500: Provided, That this appropriation shall not be available for p r i n t i n g and binding part 2 of the annual report of the Secretary of Agriculture (known as the Yearbook of Agriculture): Provided further, That this appropriation shall be available for the payment of obligations incurred under the appropriations for similar purposes for preceding jfiscal year s: Provided further, That Limitation. this appropriation shall not be available to provide more than 34 copies of the daily edition of the Congressional Record to any Representative (including Delegates to Congress and the Resident Commissioner from P u e r to Rico) for distribution to designees of their choice: Provided further, That no part of this appropriation shall be used to furnish more than fifty transferable copies of the daily edition of the Congressional Record to each Senator under section 906 of title 44, United States Code, nor to furnish any such copy to a Senator for transfer other than to a public agency or institution. On or before September 1, 1977, or as soon thereafter as practicable, the Public P r i n t e r shall notify each Member of the Senate and House of Representatives of the names and addresses of all those receiving the Congressional Record that are charged to such Member of the Senate and House of Representatives. OFFICE OF SUPERINTENDENT OF DOCUMENTS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Office of Superintendent of Documents, including compensation of all employees in accordance with the provisions of 44 U.S.C. 305; travel expenses (not to exceed $88,300): Provided, That expenditures in connection with travel expenses of the Depository Library Council to the Public P r i n t e r shall be deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of chapter 19 of title 44, United States Code; price lists and bibliographies; repairs to buildings, elevators, and machinery; and supplying books to deposi-
