SEC. 204. Notwithstanding the second sentence of section 501 of the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (22 U.S.C. 1461), the Director of the United States Information Agency may make available to the Administrator of General Services, for deposit in the National Archives of the United States, a master copy of— (1) the film entitled "Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden"; (2) thefilmentitled "Man in the Environment"; and (3) any of the films sponsored by the Agency for its two "Young Filmmakers Bicentennial Film Series"; and the Administrator shall make copies of such films available for public viewing within the United States. SEC 205.
