For logistical support and personnel services to the X III Olympic W i n t e r Games; $2,000,000. During the currejit fiscal year, the Secretary of Defense may transfer the funds made available for this purpose to any appropriation contained in Title I or Title III of this Act or any subdivision thereof: Provided, That funds transferred pursuant to this authority shall be merged with and made available for the same purpose as the appropriation to which transfer r e d: Provided further, That transfer authority provided herein shall be in addition to that provided in section 834 of this Act. TITLE IV PROCUREMENT AIRCRAFT PROCUREMENT, A R M Y

For construction, procurement, production, modification, and modernization of aircraft, equipment, including ordinance, ground handling equipment, spare parts, and accessories therefor; specialized equipment and t r a i n i n g devices; expansion of public and private plants, including the land necessary therefor, without regard to section 4774, title 10, United States Code, for the foregoing purposes, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title as required by section 355, Revised Statutes, as amended; and procurement and 40 USC 255. installation of equipment, appliances, and machine tools in public and private p l a n t s; reserve plant and Government and contractorowned equipment l a y a w a y; and other expenses necessary for the foregoing purposes; $949,709,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1981.
