Making supplemental appropriations for the United States Railway Association for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978, and for other purposes.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, £QJ, ^J^^ fiscal year ending: September 30, 1978, and for other purposes, ^^^jy. UNITED STATES RAILWAY ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES
For an additional amount for "Administrative Expenses", $13,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1979. Approved May 19, 1978.
