Public Law 95-289 95th Congress An Act To remove the limitation on the amount authorized to be appropriated under the Volunteers in the National Forests Act of 1972.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4 of the Volunteers in the National Forests Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 558d) is amended by striking out ", but not more than $100,000 shall be appropriated in any one year". SEC. 2. The amendment made by this Act to the Volunteers in the National Forests Act of 1972 shall become eflfective October 1, 1978. Approved June 5, 1978.
