Public Law 95-329 95th Congress An Act July 28, 1978 [S. 947]

Indians. Creek Nation of Oklahoma. Land in trust.

To declare certain federally owned land known as the Yardeka School land to be held in trust for the Creek Nation of Oklahoma.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, subject to existing permits and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest of the United States in the five acres, more or less, described as west half of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 10, township 10 north, range 13, I.B.M., Mcintosh County, Oklahoma, are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the Creek Nation of Oklahoma. Approved July 28, 1978.
