Be it enacted by the Senate mid House of Representatives of the Chet Holifield United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal Building, Laguna building located at 2400 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, California, is Niguel, Cahf. hereby designated as the "Chet Holifield Building". Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be considered to be a reference to the Chet Holifield Building. Approved August 11, 1978.
