National Lupus Week. Designation.
'£Q provide for the designation of a week as "National Lupus Week".
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President is hereby authorized and requested to issue a proclamation designating the week „f September 17 through 23, 1978, as "National Lupus Week and inviting the Governors of the several States, the chief officials of local governments, and the people of the United States to observe such week with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved August 18, 1978.
