Junior ROTC program, eligibility.
rp^ amend title 10, United States Code, to allow nationals, as well as citizens, of the United States to participate in the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2031 (b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting "or nationals" immediately after "citizens". Approved September 8, 1978.
