(d) Section 523(f) of such Act is amended by striking out "Octo- 42 USC 1490c. ber 1, 1978" where it appears in paragraph (f) and inserting in lieu thereof "November 1, 1978"; and by striking out "September 30, 1978" where it appears in such paragraph (f) and inserting in lieu thereof "October 31, 1978".
