PUBLIC LAW 95-497—OCT. 21, 1978 SEC. 5. RELATIONSHIP OF THIS ACT TO PUBLIC LAW 94-236. Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, the waiver of the requirements of sections 401(a) and 503(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 contained in subsection (a) of the first section of Public Law 94-236 shall not apply to acquisitions of city indebtedness on or after such date. Approved October 21, 1978.
