Frederick G. Payne Building, Maine. Designation.

To name the post office and Federal building in Portland, Maine, the "Frederick G. Payne Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the post office and Federal building located at 151 Forest Avenue, Portland, Maine, shall hereafter be known as the "Frederick G. Payne Building". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the "Frederick G. Payne Building". Approved October 27, 1978.
