Private Law 95-80 95th Congress Joint Resolution Granting the status of permanent residence to certain aliens.
Resolved ty the Senate and Bouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the case of each alien hereinafter named, in whose case deportation has been suspended by the Attorney General in accordance with the provisions of section 244(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended (8 U.S.C. 1254(c)), the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel deportation proceedings and, in accordance with the provisions of section 244(d) of said Act (8 U.S.C. 1254(d)), to record the alien's lawful admission for permanent residence: A-1975504, Abrams, Samuel S.
