An Act Nov. 9, 1978 [H.R. 5289] Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978. Joe Cortina. Musical instruments. duty.

For the relief of Joe Cortina of Tampa, Florida. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, TITLE I—FOR THE R E L I E F OF J O E CORTINA SEC. 101. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, the entries listed in section 102 of this title, covering certain musical instruments, shall be liquidated or reliquidated and, if appropriate, refund of duties made. NotwitSistanding the provisions of General Headnote 3(e) of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (19 U.S.C. 1202) or any other provision of law, for purposes of the liquidations or reliquidations authorized by this title, such entries shall be appraised at invoice unit prices net, packed, and shall be subject to duty at the applicable rates set forth in column 1 of such schedules.
