to reconcile such reporting with similar reporting that is conducted by the Department of Energy; (6) the actions taken, or planned, to improve the reporting required by section 252(i); and (7) other actions under such section. The Secretary of Energy shall transmit such report to such committees within 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and shall make such report available to the public.
