Public Law 96-140 96th Congress An Act To designate the Federal Building in Rochester, New York, the "Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Federal Kenneth B. Building at 100 State Street, Rochester, New York, shall hereafter be g^fidT/ ^N^Y"^^ known and designated as the "Kenneth B. Keating Federal Build- DesignS'ion. ing". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building". Approved December 12, 1979.
