S E C 603. (a) Section 1105(a) of the Urban Property Protection and Reinsurance Act of 1968 (title XI of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968) is amended by striking out "Department of Housing and Urban Development" and substituting in lieu thereof "Federal Emergency Management Agency". (b) Section 5315(91) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking out "Department of Housing and Urban Development" and substituting in lieu thereof "Federal Emergency Management Agency". Approved December 21, 1979.
