NON-PROLIFERATION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS
SEC. 10. In accordance with the Nuclear Non-ProUferation Act of 1978, the Congress strongly encourages all countries in the Middle East which are not parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons to become parties to that Treaty. Approved July 20, 1979.
