rp^ a^gnd the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act with respect to the borrowing authority of the District of Columbia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 723(a) Qf ^j^g District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act (D.C. Code, sec. 47-241 note) is amended by striking out "October 1, 1979" in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof "October 1, 1980, or upon enactment of the fiscal year ^gg^ appropriation Act for the District of Columbia government, whichever is later". Approved December 28, 1979.
