For an additional amount for "Child Nutrition Programs", $116,500,000, including $6,077,000 for the State administrative expenses: Provided, That only claims for reimbursement for meals served during fiscal year 1979 submitted to State agencies prior to January 1, 1980, shall be eligible for reimbursement: Provided further. That funds appropriated for the purpose of section 7 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, as amended, shall be allocated among the States but the distribution of such funds to an individual State is contingent upon that State's agreement to participate in studies and surveys of programs authorized under the National School Lunch Act, as amended, and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, as amended, when such studies and surveys have been directed by the Congress and requested by the Secretary of Agriculture. For an additional amount for the "Food Stamp Program", $900,000,000, of which $520,300,000 shall be available only upon the enactment of authorizing legislation: Provided, That this amount shall be available for obligation only through September 30, 1979. FOOD DONATIONS PROGRAMS H:?.:t^

For an additional amount to carry out the provisions of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended (42 U.S.C. 3045f), $27,000,000. ^,.,
