Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring). That in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 4930) making appropriations for the Department of the Interior and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make the following correction: In lieu of the figure "$401,242,000" inserted in lieu of Senate amendment numbered 67 on page 31, line 11, insert "$392,565,000". Agreed to November 13, 1979.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That the Secretary of the Senate shall, in the enrollment of the bill (g. 1157) to authorize appropriations for the purpose of carrying out the activities of the Department of Justice for the fiscal year 1980, and for other purposes, make the following correction: Strike out "$198,836,000" in section 15(2) pf the bill and insert "$198,336,000" in lieu thereof. Agreed to November 27, 1979.

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring). That the Congress hereby determines and declares, pursuant to section 310(a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, that for the fiscal year beginning on October 1, 1979— (1) the recommended level of Federal revenues is $517,800,000,000, and the amount by which the aggregate level of Federal revenues should be increased is $2,400,000,000; (2) the appropriate level of total new budget authority is $638,000,000,000; (3) the appropriate level of total budget outlays is $547,600,000,000; (4) the amount of the deficit in the budget which is appropriate in the light of economic conditions and all other relevant factors is $29,800,000,000; and
