f o increase the authorization of appropriations under the Act of December 22, 1974 (88 Stat. 1712).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Hopi and Navajo United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 25(a)(5) Tribes. of the Act of December 22, 1974 (88 Stat. 1712, 1723), is amended by auXSioT deleting the figure "$500,000" therein and inserting, in lieu thereof, 25 USC 640d-24. the figure of "$1,000,000": Provided, That no new budget authority for fiscal year 1979 is authorized to be appropriated. Approved July 30, 1979.
