An Act To amend the Bank Holding Company Act Amendments of 1970. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 205(a) of the Bank Holding Company Act Amendments of 1970 (84 Stat. 1769; 31 U.S.C. 317e note) is amended by deleting the second sentence thereof and substituting the following: The Administrator is authorized to sell such coins as may remain by negotiations at such prices, including fixed prices, in such manner, and upon such terms and conditions as may be deemed proper by the Administrator.". SEC. 2. The amendment made by the first section of this Act shall take effect upon the date of its enactment. Approved March 7, 1979.
