PUBLIC LAW 96-68—SEPT. 24, 1979 DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE LEGAL ACTIVITIES SALARIES AND EXPENSES, UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS AND MARSHALS (TRANSFER OF FUNDS)

Short title.

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses, United States attorneys and marshals", $2,885,000, of which $2,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from "Support of United States prisoners" and $835,000 shall be derived by transfer from "Fees and expenses of witnesses". This Act may be cited as the "Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1980". Approved September 24, 1979.
