PUBLIC LAW 96-19—JUNE 13, 1979 (s) Section 402(b)(1) is amended— (1) by striking out "consulation" and inserting in lieu thereof "consultation"; (2) by striking out the comma after * 'rules and regulations the first place it appears; and (3) by striking out the comma after "President". (t) Section 108 is amended by inserting immediately after "by reason of the following: "holding the office of Member or". Approved June 13, 1979.
