PUBLIC LAW 96-330—AUG. 26, 1980 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES, August 26 (legislative day, June 12), 1980.

The Senate having proceeded to reconsider the bill (H.R. 7102) entitled "An Act to amend title 38, United States Code, to promote the recruitment and retention of physicians, dentists, nurses, and other health-care personnel in the Department of Medicine and Surgery of the Veterans' Administration, and for other purposes", returned by the President of the United States with his objections, to the House of Representatives, in which it originated, and passed by the House of Representatives on reconsideration of the same, it was Resolved, That the said bill pass, two-thirds of the Senators present having voted in the affirmative.
