SEC. 3. Section 304 of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1434) is amended— (1) by striking out "and" immediately after "fiscal year 1977,"; and (2) by adding immediately after "fiscal year 1978" the following: "and not to exceed $2,250,000 for fiscal year 1981". Approved August 29, 1980.
