amendment
To amend section 502(a) of the Merchant Marine Act, 1986.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the third sentence of section 502(a) of the Merchant Marine Act, 1936 (46 U.S.C. 1152(a)), is amended by striking the words ", at any time prior to June 30, 1979,". Approved March 17, 1980.
