Endangered Species Act of appropriation authorization.
qi^ authorize appropriations under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to carry out State cooperative programs through fiscal year 1982.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 6 of the EndaMered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1535) is further amended by Striking out paragraph (2) of subsection (i) in its entirety and Inseiting in lieu thereof the following: "(2) $12,000,000 for the period beginning October 1, 1977, and ending September 30, 1980. "(3) $12,000,000 for the period beginning October 1, 1980, and ending September 30, 1982.". Approved May 28, 1980.
