The limitation on land and structures under this heading in the Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1980 is increased to $1,125,000; 93 Stat. 431. and the limitation on improvement and care of grounds and repair to buildings under this heading in said Act is increased to $100,000. For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $1,000,000. INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION AGENCY SALARIES AND EXPENSES
For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $6,000,000. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISASTER L O A N FUND
(INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS)
For an additional amount for the "Disaster Loan Fund", $1,177,000,000: Provided, That $1,163,000,000 of such amount shall be available without fiscal year limitation and $14,000,000 of such amount shall be available without fiscal year limitation and may be transferred to "Salaries and expenses".
