Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembly That the United wiiuam s. States Federal Building located at 1000 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, JSSS Pennsylvania, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Wil- Building. liam S. Moorhead Federal Bmlding*'. Any reference in any law, map. Designation. regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be held and considered to be a reference to the "William S. Moorhead Federal Building". SEC. 2. This Act shall takeeffect January 15, 1981. Effective date. Approved October 9, 1980.
