(e) Section 503(b)(2)(A)(ii)(I) of such Act (15 U.S.C. 2003(b)(2)(A)(ii)(I)) is amended by striking out "base" the last place it appears. (f) Section 508(b)(1)(A) of such Act (15 U.S.C. 2008(b)(1)(A)) is amended by inserting before ", shall be" the following "with respect to any model year". SEC. 9. EFFECTIVE DATE.
Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved October 10, 1980.
