Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President is hereby National Family authorized and requested to issue a proclamation designating the f[^^}^week beginning November 22, 1981, as "National Family Week", and authorfzatron inviting the Governors of the several States, the chief officials of local governments, and the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved November 3, 1981.
