Marine RSi-crknd SanctuarleAct of 1972, amendment. Appropriation authorization.

.p^ amend title III of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, as amended, to authorize appropriations for such title for fiscal years 1982 and 1983, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 304 of

  • ^® Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 (16

U.S.C. 1434) is amended— (1) by striking out "and" immediately after "fiscal year 1978" and inserting a comma; and (2) by adding immediately after "fiscal year 1981" the follow.^g. u^ ^^^ ^ gj^^.^^^ $2,235,000 for fiscal year 1982, and not to exceed $2,235,000 for fiscal year 1983,". Approved December 26, 1981.
