rjig amend the Toxic Substances Control Act to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 1982 and 1983.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Toxic Substances United States of America in Congress assembled. That (a) the first amendment' sentence of section 28(d) of the Toxic Substances Control Act is amended to read as follows: "For the purpose of making grants under 15 USC 2627. subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated $1,500,000 for each of thefiscalyears 1982 and 1983.". 15 USC 2628. (b) Section 29 of the Toxic Substances Control Act is amended by striking out "$10,100,000" and all that follows through "1979" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "$58,646,000 for the fiscal year 1982 and $62,000,000 for thefiscalyear 1983". Approved December 29, 1981.
