For the relief of Madeleine Mesnager.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the hnmigration and NationaUty Act, Madeleine Mesnager, the adoptive mother and aunt of Jeanne Petroff, a citizen of the United States, shall be deemed to be an immediate relative within the meaning of section 201(b) of such Act, and the provisions of section 204 of that Act shall not be applicable in this case: Provided, TTiat any fee received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered relating to the introduction of this bill shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any siun not exceeding $1,000. Approved November 13, 1981.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That Omar Marchi shall be held and considered to have satisfied the requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act relating to required periods of residence and ph3rsical presence within the United States and, notwithstanding^lthe provisions of section 310(d) of that Act, may be naturalized at anyitime after the date of enactment of this Act if otherwise eligible for naturalization under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
