TITLE XXII—FEDERAL OLD-AGE, SURVIVORS, AND DISABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM TABLE OF CONTENTS OF TITLE

SEC. 2201. (a) Section 215(a)(l)(C)(i) of the Social Security Act is amended to read as follows: "(C)(i) No primary insurance amount computed under subparagraph (A) may be less than an amount equal to $11.50 multiplied by the individual's years of coverage in excess of 10, or the increased amount determined for purposes of this clause under subsection (i).". (b)(1) Section 215(a)(l)(C)(ii) of such Act is amended by striking out "For purposes of clause (i)(II)" and inserting in lieu thereof "For purposes of clause (i)". (2) Section 215(a)(3)(A) of such Act is amended by striking out "subparagraph (C)(i)(II)" and inserting in lieu thereof "subparagraph (C)(i)^. (3) Section 215(a)(4) of such Act is amended— (A) by striking out "subparagraph (C)(i)(II)" and inserting in lieu thereof "subparagraph (C)(i)"; and (B) in subclause (I) thereof, by striking out "but without regard to clauses (iv) and (v) thereof.
