existing rights of third parties and a reservation by the United States of all minercd interests and of the existing road right of way in land section 14: And provided further. That the conveyance of parcel B to the United States may be subject to a reservation of all mineral interests therein to Richard Hendricks. SEC. 5. The lands acquired by the Secretary by this Act shall, upon acquisition, become part of the Caribou National Forest and shall be administered in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the National Forest System.
