Secretary may, however, waive any charge where the service rendered by the Bureau is such that the Bureau will incur only nominal costs in performing it. Costs shall be determined in accordance with section 12(e) of the Act of March 3, 1901, as amended (15 U.S.C. 278b(e)). Approved October 6, 1982.
