SEC. 5. Section 506(a) of title 17, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: "(a) CRIMINAL INFRINGEMENT.—Any person who infringes a copyright willfully and for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain shall be punished as provided in section 2319 of Ante, p. 92. title 18.". Approved May 24, 1982.
